The Godrevy Sun

The original seascape oil painting “The Godrevy Sun” is inspired by and depicts the views from the famous Godrevy Head in Cornwall – loved by many to enjoy its stunning sunsets.

Although the painting is gravitating towards realism, the texture of the yellow sun boldly plunges in.

The softness and warmth of a summer sunset swathe you, letting you immerse yourself in its tenderness.

The colour palette reaches towards natural tones, with perhaps a few shades of red being slightly exaggerated.

Please see lifestyle images for examples of how the painting looks in an interior.
