Shipping Policy

Items will be dispatched within 2-4 working days. I post items Royal Mail Standard 1st class delivery.  Larger value orders over £50 are posted tracked and to be signed for. Overseas deliveries will be via Royal Mail International tracked and signed for. International buyers may be liable for custom/import duties upon delivery.

Refund Policy

All products are handmade to order and therefore cannot be refunded unless faulty. Alterations to purchased products are possible for a small fee (e.g. shortening a belt ordered too long) with the customer to cover postage costs - please contact me for details. Please retain your proof of postage if you return an item as I cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending. Unfortunately, I am not able to refund delivery and return postage costs.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

In the event of cancellation for bespoke work, the customer shall be responsible for all expenses and outlays incurred up to the date of cancellation together with a further amount to cover the time spent.
