A beautiful knitted lambswool scarf handmade in Scotland by Wee Beauties.
This range of scarves are inspired by the hills in Edinburgh and this one is the Calton scarf after Calton hill.
Each scarf is made of 100% super soft merino lambswool from Yorkshire and knitted in Edinburgh on a domestic knitting machine. This is a British made product which means it is sustainable and high quality. This spring scarf is single sided and so less bulky than my double sided cosy scarves but is still very warm. Perfect for springtime or when you need a lighter scarf.
Wee Beauties designs are inspired by a love of nature and travel with bold and bright designs.
Perfect as a gift or a gift to yourself.
Designs are made to order and can be customised please get in touch if this is something you are interested in.

Wee Beauties
Hello I am Beth Renton the creator of Wee Beauties. I studied Textile design at Heriot Watt University in the Scottish Borders, an area with a rich textile heritage. After graduating and moving back to my home town of Edinburgh I decided to set up my business Wee Beauties. Wee Beauties specialises in making beautiful, high quality, machine knitted accessories. My Designs are mainly inspired by travel and nature I have a passion for both of these. I have always loved bright colours and a student exchange trip to India further influenced me and let me see the benefit of travel for inspiration. Some of my patterns come from my everyday life in Scotland I can find pattern designs in the plants and places around me. Reducing waste and being a sustainable business matters greatly to me. My raw material is merino lambswool which is produced in Yorkshire and then shipped to me in Scotland where I knit this into my products this means when you buy from me you are supporting the British economy and a business with a low carbon footprint. I also hate to waste any precious wool so use my scraps to make smaller items like badges and earrings.
