Circle charm 8mm in diameter. Daisy Charm 12mm in diameter. Chain 17cm adjustable at 15cm (can also be adjustable at a shorter length if required). A pretty sterling silver filigree bracelet personalised with a reversible pure silver circle or daisy charm stamped with an initial of your choice, creating a beautiful bespoke gift. The bracelet is adjustable and an ideal christening or birthday gift which can be worn and treasured for many years to come. The bracelet is presented on its own handmade card, which you can add your own short message too.

To quickly introduce myself, I’m Elaine, a glass half full kind of girl with a fondness for a highland cow, which was my inspiration for The Ticketyboo Coo.

I work with fine silver in its clay form, sterling silver and semi-precious gemstones at my home studio in Edinburgh,  to make a variety of products from earrings and cufflinks to  bangles and necklaces, in styles ranging from my popular Highland Cows to personalised pieces.

Shipping Policy

As soon as I receive your order, I will begin processing it and aim to despatch within 1-3 working days. Made to order items / bespoke commissions will have different timescales which are detailed on the product description and will be discussed and agreed with you before any work begins. UK Delivery: Shipping within the UK is FREE and all items will be posted via the Royal Mail’s First Class service which usually delivers within 1-3 days. All items will be packaged in order to fit through a standard letterbox. Overseas Delivery: Overseas orders will be via the Royal Mail's International Tracked and International Tracked and Signed for services depending on the destination. When your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with the relevant tracking information. Customs: Please be aware that import taxes may be payable by you upon delivery.

Refund Policy

Under UK law, you have the right to terminate the contract and return the item even if the item is not faulty in any way. You have the right to do this up to 14 days after receipt of the items. If you wish to return an item, please contact me before sending your package in order for me to process your refund more swiftly. If you wish to exchange an order, please do get in touch so I can make sure I have a suitable alternative in stock for you. I regret that I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products that are bespoke, made to measure or customised in any way as well as earrings for hygiene reasons, unless these items are faulty.  

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Its hugely important to me that you are happy with your order, I love what I do and I want you to love what you receive.  If for any reason you are not happy please get in touch with me either via ArtisanryCo or via direct email at theticketyboocoo@gmail.com If you are not happy with your purchase, or if somethings not as you expected then I am happy to accept returns and arrange either a refund or an exchange providing that items are returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Please note I am unable to accept returns for personalised items unless the item is faulty, likewise earrings, I am unable to accept returns for hygiene purposes unless the item is faulty. Please let me know of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving it and I will provide the necessary return details. Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless an item is faulty.
