Una makes beautiful glass art and jewellery from her home studio in Scotland. Every piece is lovingly made by hand, using blends of glass powders, chips, and glass sheets. Shaped in the kiln over several firings and hours of care, the glass is transformed into something beautifully unique.

Una’s work is inspired by nature so looking after the environment is essential. That’s why a portion of every purchase is donated to Plantlife’s Saving Scotland’s Rainforest project. And over 95% of Una’s packaging is recyclable, with her kiln using 100% renewable energy.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy Thank you for visiting and shopping at Una Galbraith Glass. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute my Shipping Policy. Currently, I am only able to offer shipping to customers within the UK. If you live outside the UK, unfortunately I am unable to offer shipping to you at this time. Business days are Monday-Friday. Order Processing Time All orders for in-stock products are processed within 2-3 business days. Please be aware that orders placed after 2pm may not begin to be processed until the following business day. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. For custom, personalised or out-of-stock items, I will contact you via email or telephone to advise you of how long the processing of your order is expected to take, and if this changes, I will contact you by email to inform you. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of you order I will contact you via email. Shipping and Delivery Options Shipping options are chosen at Checkout (where applicable). Where FREE postage is offered, orders are sent via Royal Mail, 1st Class Signed For (delivery expected next working day) unless stated otherwise. Please note Royal Mail may experience delays occasionally due to the covid-19 pandemic. Need it fast? Orders can be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (delivery before 4pm next working day) for £5. Please note Royal Mail may experience delays occasionally due to the covid-19 pandemic. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped which will contain your tracking number(s). Loss and Damages Una Galbraith Glass is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Royal Mail to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund Policy

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund if there is a problem. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof that the item was damaged or defective in some way when you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a refund, you can contact me at unagalbraith.glass@outlook.com. If your refund is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. Any return shipping costs are payable by you, unless otherwise agreed. All returns must be sent in their original packaging. You can always contact me for any refund question at: unagalbraith.glass@outlook.com. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded (unless arrived damaged), such as custom products (like special orders or personalised items), and earrings for health and safety reasons.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or refunds for sale items or gift cards. Refunds I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
