This necklace has two linked sterling silver hoops; the top one is smaller and irregular in shape and the full drop is approx 4cm. The necklace comes with a delicate chain available in 16, 18 and 20 inch. This necklace will be sent to you with an 18 inch chain unless specified.

Shipping Policy

All UK orders are carefully packaged and include Royal Mail recorded/signed for delivery. For items over £50 I recommend upgrading postage to Royal Mail Special Delivery which includes compensation up to £500 for lost in Transit, which is an additional £6.75. International delivery is not currently available. My aim is to ship each order to you within 7 working days from the date you place your order. If there is any delay to this I will contact you and give you an option to cancel or accept the delay. In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, I will offer you an alternative or refund your purchase price. Custom or commission orders may take longer, up to two weeks and commission orders requiring hallmarking may take up to 6 weeks. If you need your order sooner please contact me, as it is often possible to arrange. When ordering rings please check your finger size before you order. please contact me if you need help with sizing.

Refund Policy

Money Back Guarantee  - If for any reason you are unhappy with your order when you receive it, please return it to me in its original unworn condition with all packaging within 14 days of receipt and I will be happy to refund your money. Unfortunately I am unable to refund earrings or custom/commission jewellery unless they are faulty. When ordering rings, please note that I will make the size that you order. If you order the wrong size I will need to charge you a making charge. If I have made a mistake on sizing I will of course remake your ring free of charge. Damaged items In the unlikely event that your order is damaged on arrival it is your responsibility to inform me within 14 days of receipt and return the item in it original packaging and I will be happy to refund or exchange the item.  Where and how to return items  Mail your return items to: Leaya Slater Jewellery, Granary Barn, Stansfield, Sudbury, Suffolk, CO10 8LU.  I strongly recommend that you return your jewellery using tracked delivery, and want to emphasise that jewellery is only insured in transit when posted using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. Any other delivery method is at your own risk and we will be unable to refund items lost in transit where they are not insured.
